Noble Gentlemen will receive your order from the online store and be responsible for processing it. In this way, the product(s) you purchase at the online store will be completely handled by Noble Gentlemen, who will be exclusively responsible for:

  1. Processing and receiving requests
  2. Processing and receiving payments
  3. Billing the product(s)
  4. Delivering the product(s)
  5. Post-sale matters in relation to delivered product(s)
  6. Customer service


We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You can pay with the following methods: Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.


You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.

If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted  (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.


All prices on are including the applicable VAT tax rate for your country. Orders within Canada will not need to pay duties but will be subject to provincial taxes. All such charges are your responsibility. Rains has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge Rains an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. However, we do not guarantee the prices are 100% correct, they are just estimates.


You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order.In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as that when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Prior to generating a return, please contact with your order # and reason for the return. Once confirmed a customer service representative will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed.

Please return products bought from an authorised Rains dealer to the original place of purchase. If you cannot return the products to the original place of purchase, please contact to seek approval.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note: Refund requests for online purchases cannot be fulfilled in our physical Rains Stores. However, we are always happy to offer an exchange for a different product, color or size. Please bring the delivery note or invoice to the store.

Complaints & Faulty Delivered Goods

Products purchased via our webshop are covered by a 2-year warranty. If you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product with free shipping and will refund your shipping costs. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item or exchange for any other product at same paid price.

All products from Rains purchased from one of our dealers are also covered by a 2-year warranty, but all claims need to be submitted through the store at which the product was purchased. However, if the store is no longer in business, please reach out to our customer service team at Upon issuing a complaint, please note that a proof of purchase is required.


All items are shipped by Canada Post, FEDEX or Purolator. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. We ship within Canada only. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service.


Our offers are only available for a limited period while supplies last. Rains reserves the right to stop these offers without prior notice. If a product is purchased online or in store prior to going on promotion, we are unable to refund the difference in price.

When returning a product that was purchased within a multi-buy or promotional offer, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.

Gift Card

A gift card purchased from the Canada webshop ( cannot be redeemed at other local Rains webshops or physical Rains stores. Gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. A gift card can be used in multiple transactions until its value runs out.

Returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card. If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, as a priority the refund will be made to the payment method that is not the gift card.
